Frequently asked questions
What is frozen yogurt?
It's ice cream made from yogurt, served soft. It's lighter than classic ice cream (ours is 0% fat), with a creamy texture and a slightly tangy taste. Prefer vanilla? Choose our vanilla soft serve as your base.
Are your ice creams halal?
Yes, our ice creams (frozen yogurt and vanilla soft serve) and our bubble waffles are halal. The milk we use is pasteurised and sterilised. Please note: some sweets on the topping bar (Tagada, Smurfs, Marshmallow) contain pork gelatine.
How does the loyalty programme work?
Give your phone number at the till or on the kiosk: €1 spent = 1 point, to swap from 30 points for free treats. All the details are on the Loyalty page.
Are the toppings really unlimited?
Yes! For the Mignon, Beau and Magnifique, add as many toppings as you like from our 34 toppings and 11 sauces, as long as they fit in the pot. The price stays the same.
How much does it cost?
Each store sets its own prices, displayed in store and on the delivery apps. The principle is the same everywhere: one price per pot size, toppings included.
Can I get it delivered?
Yes, in many cities via Uber Eats or Deliveroo (Takeaway in Belgium). On the Stores page, tick “Delivery”: every store that delivers shows its ordering links.
What about allergies?
The allergen list for every product and topping is available in store: feel free to ask the team before building your pot.
What are my store's opening hours?
They're shown on the Our stores page. Hours may vary with shopping-centre hours, public holidays and school holidays: if in doubt, call the store directly.
