Accessibility

Treats are for everyone. So is our website.

Our commitment

Yogurt Factory is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the French accessibility framework (RGAA 4.1) and WCAG 2.1 level AA.

The accessibility menu

The blue ♿ button at the bottom left of every page opens a menu that lets you:

  • make the text larger;
  • increase contrast;
  • use a more readable font, suited in particular to people with dyslexia;
  • increase line and word spacing;
  • underline all links and strengthen the focus indicator;
  • stop all animations and automatic scrolling;
  • go back to the classic mouse cursor.

Your settings are saved on your device. They complement, without replacing, your browser and assistive technology settings.

What we have put in place

  • Full keyboard navigation and a “Skip to content” link;
  • a clear heading structure and identified page regions (header, navigation, content, footer);
  • text alternatives for informative images;
  • forms with explicit labels and feedback messages announced to screen readers;
  • respect for the system “reduce motion” setting;
  • a site usable from mobile to large screens, with zoom up to 200%;
  • an English version of the whole website.

Compliance status

The website has not yet undergone a full RGAA compliance audit. [To be updated after an audit.]

Known non-accessible content

  • The interactive store map is not fully usable with a keyboard and screen reader: the store list just below shows the same information in an accessible way.
  • Some product photos taken from our menus contain embedded text; this information is repeated as text on the page.

Feedback and contact

If an accessibility issue prevents you from accessing content or a feature, contact us via the contact form (subject “Other”) or at [email]: we will provide the information in another format.

Remedies

If you don't receive a satisfactory answer, you can contact the French Défenseur des droits (Defender of Rights).
